Touro University California - Solano County Affiliated Health Clinics

Touro University California and Solano County Public Health merged our clinical health services by joining Touro University Medical Center (TUMC) and Family Health Services (FHS) on April 2, 2012.  We are focused on a combined mission to provide quality healthcare to our community.

Family Health Services accepts Medi-Cal (to include Partnership HealthPlan), CMSP, Medicare, Healthy Kids, Healthy Families, and Partnership Advantage. All patients are welcome to receive their care with us, however, if you do not have one of the plans mentioned then your insurance will not be able to billed by the clinic.  You will be billed initially and can then bill your insurance plan for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance agency for additional information on how to complete this process as each plan may vary.

All medical records requests should be made to the combined Touro University California / Solano County Family Health Services Clinic in Vallejo.

Clinical Research Trials

Clinical trials are a key research tool for improving and advancing medical knowledge and patient care.  TUC has a rich history in both laboratory and clinical research.  You can learn more about this on our research page.  We are excited to be able to bring this with us to the TUC-Solano County Clinics.

Shadowing Inquiries

The best way to connect for a shadowing experience is to go through programs such as the ones that the AOA and OPSC have set up.

On these sites you will find DO's in your community who have agreed to take shadowing students including some of our own TUC Faculty.

You can also contact the Admissions Office and the OMM department for other opportunities to gain exposure to Osteopathic Medicine.
