Touro University California - Solano County Affiliated Health Clinics 

Touro University California and Solano County Public Health are pleased to announce the merging of our clinical health services. Touro University Medical Center (TUMC) and Family Health Services (FHS) joined together on April 2, 2012 in a combined mission to continue to provide quality healthcare to our community.

Family Health Services accepts Medi-Cal (to include Partnership HealthPlan), CMSP, Medicare, Healthy Kids, Healthy Families, and Partnership Advantage. All our patients are welcome to continue their care with us, however, if you do not have one of the plans mentioned then they will not be able to bill your insurance plan.  You will be billed initially and can then bill your insurance plan for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance agency for additional information on how to complete this process as each plan may vary.  If you choose not to come to County with us please contact your insurance plan to help you locate a new primary care provider. We will forward your medical records to your new healthcare provider after receiving your written request.  All medical records requests should be made to the combined Touro University California / Solano County Family Health Services Clinic in Vallejo.

 

For our OMM patients please note that we are looking at other opportunities to continue to provide OMM services for our private pay patients. More announcements will be coming!  In the meantime the same applies as mentioned above for Primary Care patients.

For the most part yes, most of our providers continue to practice at FHS in Vallejo and possibly in the Fairfield locations. When you call to book an appointment please just let them know that you have been a TUMC patient and request your provider by name. 

For Partnership HealthPlan members if you DO want to come with us there is nothing that you need to do. Your PCP assignment will automatically transfer! However if you DO NOT wish to come with us then please contact Partnership HealthPlan's Member Services at (707) 863-4100 and request to change your Primary Care Provider.
